Landvera has been awarded the Prix Prelia at the PitchTech Innovation Construction competition, hosted by Batimatech.
For our Toronto-based team, this recognition marks an important milestone: an opportunity to share our approach to municipal approvals with Québec’s construction and technology community, and to build relationships that will support our next stage of growth.
The award includes legal consultation hours from Prelia focused on Québec law—a timely resource as we prepare to enter the province.
Helping development teams move forward with confidence
Long before construction begins, development teams must coordinate drawings, technical reports, municipal requirements, and responses from multiple consultants. As plans change, a revision in one document can create an inconsistency elsewhere. Issues discovered late can lead to additional comments, resubmissions, and avoidable delays.
Landvera is building AI-powered approval intelligence to help teams identify and resolve those issues earlier.
At the centre of our approach is the Landvera Approval Model: a living model that connects project requirements, documents, dependencies, decisions, and approval history. It gives teams a clearer understanding of what has changed, what remains unresolved, and what needs to happen before the next submission.
Our goal is to help developers and their consultants prepare stronger submissions, coordinate revisions, and reduce preventable review cycles.

Building across Canada, with local understanding
Our ambition is to support development teams across Canada, with Québec an important part of that journey.
Municipal approvals depend on local context. Expanding successfully means understanding the requirements, documentation, language, and professional practices that shape each market.
Our planned approach is to work with developers, planners, engineers, and other local professionals to ground Landvera in the jurisdictions they serve. We intend to begin with focused approval workflows, demonstrate value on real projects, and broaden support across planning, engineering, and permitting as those relationships develop.
In Québec, that means preparing for French-language workflows, developing local relationships, and understanding the province’s distinct business and legal environment. The consultation awarded by Prelia will help us prepare for that work.
Across Canada, the objective is consistent: give development teams better visibility into approval risk while respecting the local requirements that determine how projects move forward.
Thank you to Prelia and Batimatech
We thank Prelia for supporting Landvera with practical expertise at an important stage of our growth, and Batimatech for bringing together the people working to improve construction and real estate.
Receiving the Prix Prelia is an encouraging milestone as we build toward a broader Canadian presence. We look forward to continuing the conversations started at PitchTech and working with teams in Québec and across the country.
